No previous horse experience (or riding) required.

Afraid of horses? No problem. The facilitators have years of experience gently and safely guiding participants at their personal level of comfort.

The horse activities will take place on the ground, thus no riding during the workshop.

Join Us for The Heart-Centered Woman 1-day Retreat
April represents spring, growth, and renewal. 🌻 It's a time of awakening and rekindling our passion for living. Nature has a way of grounding us in a state of connection that allows us to hear our deeper wisdom. It helps us remember our heart-centered purpose.
Heart-Centered = living in alignment with your "true" self...your values, your calling, your wisdom, intuition, and instinct.
We are excited to be offering this retreat at the beautiful Alanwood farm surrounded by horses and nature. This 240-acre property is a healing space for horses and people alike. We will spend the day cultivating wellness by reconnecting to our inner wisdom. In the Heart-Centered Woman, 1-day retreat participants will be guided through Equus Sessions, self-inspired journaling, and nature sensory meditation.
One of the things we are most passionate about at Indieglow are horses, and we are very grateful for the work our good friend Cherry Tapley is doing with Nalani Horse Rescue! A portion of the proceeds from this retreat will go directly to benefit the horses of Nalani, and as a bonus participants get to meet the horses face to face! Check out https://www.nalanihr.org :)
